Specifically, we analyzed the responses to 57 survey items from the Short-Form Questionnaire on Job Stress to determine the stress patterns and issues within each worksite. Of Hʼs 94 employees, 87 responded to the survey(eff ective response rate: 92.6%)and were included in the analysis. The results indicated that respondents with high levels of stress were more likely than other respondents to give unfavorable responses to items concerning job-related stressors, stress responses, support from others, and satisfaction with work and private life. A comparison of the items concerning stress response with those s concerning job-related stressors revealed that stressors related to interpersonal relations in the workplace, and the workplace environment correlated strongly with depression(r=0.721, r=0.910). A scatterplot based on the results of a principal component analysis revealed the worksite-specific patterns of two principal components:“stressors related to interpersonal relations, workplace
