And they say it continues for more than 200 years. It is really interesting that this Sanbasou is played by deku（ningyo） and it has a peculiar system of descend. Even now we can appreciate this Sanbaso in every April. But the descend stands on the edge of a precipice, for the population of young men is decreasing.
