Each questionnaire was disseminated to 68 mothers and 63 of which were recovered（ 92.6% recovery rate）. Subjects were divided in two groups.“ Breast-feeding continue group” consisted of 26 mothers, those are taking breast-feeding at both time of 3 month and 7 month after delivery. “Other feeding group” consisted of 37 mothers; those are not taking breastfeeding at both or one time of 3 month and 7 month after delivery.\nTotally, no significant differences were observed between two groups in five items, only for the primipara mothers, “Stress” score is signifi cantly higher in breast feeding group than other feeding group.\nPuerperal mothers will not feel stress on breast feeding and they show higher score in self-esteem.\n　乳児への栄養方法別（母乳継続群、その他群）に出産後7 カ月の母親の心理社会的特徴を「自尊感情」「ソーシャル・サポート」「うつ」「ストレス」「乳児愛着」について、各尺度を用いて検討した。対象は乳児の7 カ月健診をうける母親で、各項目に対応する質問紙を用い、所定の倫理的手続きを経た後調査した。回収数は68人中63人（回収率92.6%）であった。\n　出産後3 カ月・7 カ月時点とも母乳栄養であった群を「母乳継続群」（26 人）、出産後3 カ月と7 カ月のいずれかで母乳以外の栄養方法をとった群を「その他群」（37 人）として、上記各項目について2 群間の比較を行った。その結果、対象者全体で見ると「母乳継続群」と「その他群」の間に、上記5項目間の有意差はみられなかった。しかし、初産婦のみについてみると、「母乳継続群」が「その他群」よりストレス得点が有意に高かった。経産婦では、有意差はなかった。即ち、初産婦では母乳育児が負担となっており、経産婦では、母乳を継続しても授乳をストレスと感じることなく、むしろ自尊感情にプラスに影響しているのかもしれない。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Yuge,
