The instruments were Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale（RSE）, The Center for Epidemiology Studies Depression Scale（CES-D）, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support（MSPSS）and The Perceived Stress Questionnaire（PSQ）.
