In the general care training, the care workers and the teachers evaluate the trainees. The evaluation method is a questionnaire of Likert scale and the description method. However the method is often influenced by the subjectivity of the evaluator. Therefore the authors collected the trainee's evaluation of the teachers and the care workers as well as the self-evaluation of the students.
