 note = {40020443728, 本報告は、看護管理者が例年実施の臨地実習指導者研修セミナーを追体験し、その結果を基に本セミナーを評価したものである。全プログラム受講の看護管理者にアンケート調査を実施し、42 人（回収率100％）から回答を得た。セミナーへの満足は41 人（98.7％）であり、次年度以降も全ての7 セッションをプログラムに入れたほうがよい（88.1～100％）としていた。全員が「指導者にこのセミナーを勧めたい」、「指導者への支援方法がわかった」としていた。日頃、人財育成の立場にある看護管理者の学びは、指導者支援にとどまらず、スタッフ支援や教育のあり方にまで及んでいた。次年度以降の課題としてプログラム順序は経験を生かせる帰納法を用いた演習セッションを優先して行うこと等が示唆された。, The purpose of this report is to evaluate the Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）for practicum instructors using a questionnaire by nurse managers. Forty-two nurse managers attended the full NPIS, and 100%（42）questionnaires were returned. The level of satisfaction for all seven sessions was 98.7%（41）, and the managers were supportive of the NPIS for instructors. In addition to recommending this seminar to their practicum staff, the nurse managers learned how to support practicum instructors through this seminar. Thus, the nurse managers gained a human resources perspective, which was how to help their staff of instructors. The overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurse managers was affi rmative. Some topics were suggested for the NPIS of 2015.},
