Forty-two nurse managers attended the full NPIS, and 100%（42）questionnaires were returned. The level of satisfaction for all seven sessions was 98.7%（41）, and the managers were supportive of the NPIS for instructors. In addition to recommending this seminar to their practicum staff, the nurse managers learned how to support practicum instructors through this seminar. Thus, the nurse managers gained a human resources perspective, which was how to help their staff of instructors. The overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurse managers was affi rmative.
