An anonymous selfadministered questionnaire was distributed to women in the fi rst trimester of their pregnancy; valid responses were obtained from 86 women（recovery rate: 59.9%, valid response rate: 58.5%）. For analysis, descriptive statistics were calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics 21（Tokyo, Japan）, and questionnaire items were classified and categorized based on similarity of the content.
