大学を卒業した第1 回生11 名に、グループでのインタビューを行い、新人看護師の体験を語ってもらった。新人看護師の際に感じ語られたありのままの体験の内容から、新人看護師としての成長を読みとった。新人看護師としての成長は、1）職場の対人関係で悩んだうえでの成長、2）看護師としての責任の重さを感じる成長、3）看護師としての自分の自信につながる成長、の3 つに分類された。同じ環境で学んだ仲間と語ったことにより、仕事の体験の整理となり、体験の意味を再確認する機会になったのではないかと考える。そして成長は、順序性があるわけでもなく、1 つずつ起こるのでもなく、1
