Forty-one nurses attended the full NPIS, and 100%（41）questionnaires were returned. 95.1% to 97.6% of the nurses met the objectives of the seminar. The level of satisfaction for all nine sessions was 97.6%（40）. In addition, 97.6% reported that the NPIS was motivating for their teaching to student nurses. Thus, the overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurses was that it was a success.
