 note = {40020834178, 佐久大学（長野県佐久市）は、JICA 駒ケ根より青年研修「カンボジア母子保健管理実施コース」を受託し、平成27 年（2015）7 月4 日～16 日に、14 名のカンボジアからの研修員を受け入れた。研修員のうち2 人は、国立医療技術学校教員（助産）、12 名はカンボジア内の6 つの中核病院から参加した助産師であった。母子保健行政に関し長野県、佐久市のあゆみを知り、実質的なプログラムは、保健センターおよび第3次救急病院に於いて総合的に学んだ。研修の成果を踏まえ提出された帰国後のアクションプランのテーマは、教員は「実習担当教員の能力向上」、病院からの参加者は「妊娠高血圧症候群の予防活動」、「搬送時の患者の申し送り情報の改善」であった。終了時評価アンケートでは、各人の目標達成について、14 人中13 人が80％～100％の達成率を示した。研修員全員が、知識と技術の向上を目指し卒後の継続教育を希望していた。

Saku University（Saku city, Nagano, Japan）conducted JICA Training Program for Young Leaders for Cambodia/Maternal and Child Health Management Course from July 4‒16, 2015. Trainees were fourteen. Among them, two of them were midwifery teachers from National Technical School of Medical Care（TSMC）, rest of twelve trainees were midwives who work for six core provincial hospitals. They studied about administrative policies and countermeasures of Nagano Prefecture and Saku city. Then they observed actual maternal and child health programs at Public Health Center （Primary level）and at the tertiary level hospital comprehensively. Based on learning, action plans were made. Theme of school teachers was to enhance capability of teachers who teach clinical practice. Themes of midwives who work for hospitals were to prevent pregnancy hypertension and improvement of patient’s information for emergency transportation. At final evaluation, ratio of objective achievement among thirteen trainees was from 80% to 100%. All the trainees are deemed to request continuing education to improve midwifery techniques and knowledge.},
