 note = {本報告は、「臨地実習指導者研修セミナー2016」実施後の受講者に行ったアンケート調査の結果から本セミナーが受講者にもたらす効果として、指導へのモチベーション向上や今後の指導への活用につながったか、について自由記述を基に評価したものである。全プログラム受講者へアンケートを実施し、41 人（回収率100％）から回答を得た。受講者41 人（100％）が、本セミナーによって指導へのモチベーションの向上があったと回答していた。今後の指導への活用については、学生指導場面、スタッフ指導場面、その他の場面でそれぞれに自由記述があった。
　本セミナーの目標達成度は、95.1～100％であり、セミナーへの満足度については、92.7％が満足したとしていた。さらにその評価より次年度の企画への示唆がいくつか得られた。
The purpose of this report is to evaluate the 2016 Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）using questionnaires from participants. Forty-one nurses attended the full NPIS, and 100% returned their questionnaires（N=41）. One hundred percent reported that the NPIS was motivating for their teaching student nurses. According to their free comments, they will utilize knowledge and skills learned with students, colleagues, and in other situations.
In addition, 95.1-100% of the nurses met each objective of the seminar. The level of satisfaction for all nine sessions was 92.7%（N=38）. Thus, the overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurses was that it was a success. Some topics were suggested through their free comments for the NPIS of 2017.},
