Forty-one nurses attended the full NPIS, and 100% returned their questionnaires（N=41）. One hundred percent reported that the NPIS was motivating for their teaching student nurses. According to their free comments, they will utilize knowledge and skills learned with students, colleagues, and in other situations.\nIn addition, 95.1-100% of the nurses met each objective of the seminar. The level of satisfaction for all nine sessions was 92.7%（N=38）. Thus, the overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurses was that it was a success.
