The purpose of this study was to understand the connection between Japanese Long-term care system and facilities or hospitals when elders need to be cared. Recently, Japanese caring system and its know-how is attracting attention to Asians, many countries want to send relevant people to do the study. Especially in Saku city, which is well-known for regional health care in Japan. Also, since\nthe students of Saku university are taking the practical training of caregiving and nursing in hospitals and facilities.
