 note = {There are many cases where NPO takes over some of the administrative roles of the community welfare administration, and in the tendency to slim down the administrative organs, those activities of NPO are thought very highly of today. It may be said in particular that a role and the expectation that the welfare NPO achieves grow bigger and bigger while an action to the full-scale community-based welfare accelerates after social welfare underwork reform of 2000.
