 note = {The purpose of this report is to evaluate the effect of the special sessions on professionalism in the 2017 Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）based on questionnaires from participants. Thirtythree nurses attended the seminar, all of whom returned their questionnaires. The results showed that attendees were introduced to the concept of professionalism at the seminar, and they have learned essential terms of the concept from group work. Also, we have found out that the qualities required by professionals are identical for colleagues and students, but with different priorities. 
Although most of the attendees participated in the seminar on the advice of their colleagues, we have had 100% satisfactory rate. This year’s NPIS succeeded utilizing effective seminar structures and teaching methods. We also gleaned ideas for the NPIS of 2018.
本報告は、「臨地実習指導者研修セミナー2017」実施後の受講者に行ったアンケート調査の結果より、プロフェッショナリズムに関連のセッション導入の効果を確認し、今年度評価と次年度の課題を明らかにしたものである。セミナー受講者にアンケートへの回答を選択肢・自由記述で求め、33人(回収率100%)から回答を得た。その結果、受講生は、プロフェッショナリズムという概念を講義の段階で知り、そこに存在する基本的な用語理解を演習で深めていた。また、専門職に求めることとして、受講者が学生に求めるもの、職場の同僚に求めるものではその順位が異なるものの殆ど同じ項目が挙げられていた。本セミナー受講者の参加動機では、他者からの勧めが圧倒的に多かったが、参加してよかったという回答が100%であり、セミナー構成、方法によって、今年度セミナーの目的は達成できたのではないかと考える。さらに次年度企画についての示唆をいくつか得ることができた。},
