Thirtythree nurses attended the seminar, all of whom returned their questionnaires. The results showed that attendees were introduced to the concept of professionalism at the seminar, and they have learned essential terms of the concept from group work. Also, we have found out that the qualities required by professionals are identical for colleagues and students, but with different priorities. \nAlthough most of the attendees participated in the seminar on the advice of their colleagues, we have had 100% satisfactory rate. This year’s NPIS succeeded utilizing effective seminar structures and teaching methods.
