 note = {The Taiwanese government has reformed long-term care services in 30 years, allowing policy makers in Taiwan to learn through the experiences of OECD countries. These years, we accept several expert teams from Taiwan to study community-based care system and educational environment of nurse and care workers in Saku city.
The government enacted the new law for long-term care services and it had been put into effect last year, also in 2017 the government upgrade“ 10-year long-term care plan” to version 2.0. The Major point of the plan is to offer various services based on community services. Before understanding the effectiveness of this plan, we have to understand how it has been made and what kind of services are included. Even the plan 2.0 is perfect for Taiwanese society, but there still remains a issue of how to create the better-training method for the better quality of manpower, which every Asian country are facing the similar challenge of an aging
