Participants self-administered scales of self-efficacy and coping. All participants provided informed consent.\nResults: Responses were gathered from 131 fresh partners and 78 new graduated nurses. Both cohorts generated positive correlations with “active problem solving,” and mildly negative correlations with “resignation,” on the self-efficacy and coping subscale scales. Fresh partners also presented weak correlation with“ seeking help from others”.\nConclusions: In addition to raising self-efficacy, mutual complementation between Fresh partners also act as a type of support.
