The first critical suggestion in this consideration is the indication with the strongest of the QA by using the reliability design and the safety design. The second indication is the importance of the quality information flows that is strongly related with the end customers and the QA system suitable for the organization. And the last indication is the importance of QAM design and the ordinary proactive activity for QA.
