nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"佐久大学における認知症カフェは、コロナ(COVID-19)禍の中、それまでの準備期間を経て、2020年11月に誕生した。2019年4月に東北福祉大学で実施して4年目になる認知症カフェ「土曜の音楽カフェ」を佐久大学のメンバー3人で、見学方々カフェに参加し、大学で実施している認知症カフェを身近に感じ、紹介された書籍(矢吹ら2018)も含めて今後のカフェづくりの見本とした。カフェの準備としては佐久市周辺の認知症カフェの実施状況、佐久市認知症ケア情報交換会などを基に、佐久大学でどのような認知症カフェを開催するのか学長の諮問機関である「認知症ケア推進会議」で検討することになった。その後、2020年8月に佐久市認知症カフェ(オレンジカフェ)設立事業補助金の交付を受け、月1回の「さくカフェ」オープンにこぎつけた。ここでは、認知症の人、家族、地域の人、専門職がお互いに認知症ケアのことを学び合い、誰もが安心して生活できる地域づくりに繋がることを目指している。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Obuchi,
