 note = {Shinshu Junior College was established in 1989 and it has graduated a large number of students since then. two courses are provided at present ; management information course and life management course. Through this curriculum students are learning expert knowledge about information, welfare and so on, which is necessary to the present-day society. In our college, teaching staff members of seminar have consistently been in charge of employment guidance since our college start. However, there is some doubt whether appropriate guidance is given, in accordance with radical change of enterprise trend and economic condition. Therefore I would like to check the details about employment guidance of this college from the year 2004 to 2005 and investigate prospective assignments.},
