 note = {The purpose of this report was to evaluate the Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar (NPIS) using a nineteen-item questionnaire. Forty-three instructors attended the seminar, and 42 (97.7 %) returned the questionnaires. Findings demonstrated that lectures, recitations and group discussions were successful in developing deep understanding of the purpose of this seminar: the intimate connection between teaching strategies and teaching philosophy. Some topics were suggested for the seminar of 2012., 本報告は、看護学教育の充実に向けて、間歇的に3 日間（計16 時間）の日程で実施した「臨地実習指導者研修セミナー」の概要紹介および、本セミナーの日程、内容、目的・目標の達成度等について全プログラム修了後に受講者43 人に実施したアンケート（回収率97.7%）を基に評価したものである。結果は、セミナー日程・学習量は適当であり、多くの受講者は、講義・演習を通して他者の意見交換や看護をめぐる動向や知見から自身の教育観再構築や、指導者の役割や指導方法（教育方法）について深く考える機会となっており、本セミナーの目的は達成できたと評価できる。また、次年度以降の企画への示唆も得られた。},
