Forty-three instructors attended the seminar, and 42 (97.7 %) returned the questionnaires. Findings demonstrated that lectures, recitations and group discussions were successful in developing deep understanding of the purpose of this seminar: the intimate connection between teaching strategies and teaching philosophy.
