 note = {The purpose of this report is to evaluate the 2012 Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）using a questionnaire. Thirty-two instructors attended the seminar; 100%（32）returned the questionnaires. This program was based on the Andragogy model. In addition, some group discussion was included（e.g. nursing ethics and nursing philosophy）. Participant satisfaction with the entire program was 100% . Satisfaction with all sessions was over 90% . Participants felt that group discussions based on their individual experience was very supportive in developing a deep understanding of the purpose of this seminar. Some topics were suggested for the NPIS of 2013.
　本報告は、「平成24 年度臨地実習指導者研修セミナー」の概要紹介および、日程、内容、目的・目標の達成度等について、全プログラム修了後に全受講者32 人に実施したアンケート調査（回収率100％）の結果を基に評価したものである。セミナー日程は、学習量等からみて適当であった。今年度からは病院以外からの参加も呼び掛けたこと、成人学習モデルの視点に立ち、かつ自己の指導の原点を見出す作業や「看護倫理」「看護観」演習セッションを増設したこと等の新機軸により、受講者のグループ討議を促進させ、指導者の役割への理解や総合的な満足度の高さ（100％）につながったと思われる。本プログラムの9 つのセッションのすべてにおいても「指導上で役立つ」が90％以上であり、本セミナーの目的は達成できたと評価できる。また、受講者が要望する内容等、次年度以降の企画への示唆が得られた。},
