"【目的】日本の小学校では足の健診規定がなく、足の形態異常について情報は十分ではない。そこで国内外の子どもの足部の形態異常と靴の靴適合性を含む関連要因の研究の動向を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】海外の文献はMEDLINEでfoot deformity、primary or elementary school、footwear or shoes、fitting、children or adolescents等のキーワード、英語、2001-2021年の条件で検索し19件を分析対象とした。日本の文献は医学中央雑誌WEBを用い、キーワードは小児、児童、足の形態異常などで検索し、21件を分析対象とした。【結果】海外では足の形態異常は足底アーチの異常、扁平足が多く、不適合の靴を履いていた割合は40〜72%あった。日本では足趾変形とその要因に焦点をあてており、また、子どもの靴では足幅、足長の成長にあわせたサイズが乏しいことが報告されていた。【考察】国内では小児の腫骨外反の観察の研究が乏しい。子どもの外反足や足底アーチの測定に海外で広く使用されている指標を検討する必要がある。また、足のトラブル早期発見のために足の健診や足の形状に適する靴の選定の重要性が示唆された。(著者抄録)",
