"COVID-19感染拡大の影響により、2020年度佐久大学看護学部母性看護学実習は実習内容の変更をせざるを得ない状況となった。様々な制限がかかる状況下においても、学生の学びを深める手助けとなる実習内容および臨地実習に近い学びができる学内実習内容を担当教員で検討し、実施した。この代替実習内容の有用性を学生アンケート結果より評価した結果、すべての実習内容が95%以上の学生にとって学びを深める手助けとなっていた。特に、学内実習において、模擬カルテからの情報収集、周産期看護を専門とする教員による模擬妊婦および模擬褥婦、助産師としての臨床経験がある教員による模擬助産師および模擬臨床指導者は、臨地実習に近い実習環境を提供する一助となった。今後の課題として、分娩実習におけるリアリティさのある学修環境の提供が必要であることが示唆された。(著者抄録)",
