本報告は、「臨地実習指導者研修セミナー2015」実施後の受講者に行ったアンケート調査の結果を「セミナー目標の達成度」と「自由記述」を基に評価したものである。全プログラム修了後にアンケート調査を実施し、41 人（回収率100％）から回答を得た。セミナー目標である「自己の教育観」、「指導者の役割」、「指導のポイント」の達成度は、95.1％～97.6％であった。本セミナーへの満足度と指導へのモチベーションに対しても97.6％が満足、向上したとしていた。感想を自由記述したものからは、方法、内容、進行上の提案について次年度の企画への示唆がいくつか得られた。
The purpose of this report is to evaluate the 2015 Nursing Practicum Instructor Seminar（NPIS）using questionnaires from participants. Forty-one nurses attended the full NPIS, and 100%（41）questionnaires were returned. 95.1% to 97.6% of the nurses met the objectives of the seminar. The level of satisfaction for all nine sessions was 97.6%（40）. In addition, 97.6% reported that the NPIS was motivating for their teaching to student nurses. Thus, the overall evaluation of the NPIS by the nurses was that it was a success. Some topics were suggested through their free comments for the NPIS of 2016. |
